Baline is the pseudonym of an independent contemporary Canadian artist. Creating with acrylics on canvas, the pieces are recognized for their distinctively cumulous and airy textures.

The work currently focuses on emulating the atmosphere from various perspectives and imagined scenes. 

"There are so many aspects to existing that set us apart from one another. The skies stand as a common wonder, no matter from where you're looking." 

The motif captured Baline's fascination and subsequently incepted the aspiration '|mitating the |ntangible'.

As a lifelong enthusiast for museums, galleries and public art, Baline found difficulty accompanying the walls at home. Creating thus began with filling a need and immediately, committing paint to canvas blossomed into an impulse and study.
