Does Baline accept commissions?
Unfortunately Baline does not accept commissions at this time.
Are original pieces available for purchase?
Unfortunately Atelier Baline does not sell original pieces. However, if you are interested in artwork for a commercial or public space, please reach out via the contact form or email atelier@baline.art.
How often is new work released?
Find out when the next print series drops by subscribing for email updates and following on social!
How are prints packaged?
Prints are carefully rolled and sent in shipping tubes. Larger orders (6+ prints) may ship flat in between corrugated cardboard pads.
Where do you ship?
Atelier Baline currently ships pieces to the United States, Australia, and Canada. Efforts are underway to add more countries. Follow on social to find out when they are live!
Is shipping extra?
All pieces ship FREE!
Are shipments tracked?
Every shipment from Atelier Baline comes with FREE tracked shipping.
Should I expect to pay duties?
Atelier Baline has partnered with domestic printers in each active shipping zone so no duties or customs is anticipated. Should you receive an invoice for duties, please reach out so we can make it right.
What is the return policy?
As every piece from Atelier Baline is made to order, returns are not accepted. However, damaged items will be eligible for replacement. You can find the full refund policy here.
